oh all these LA eateries..... Well if your ever in Santa Ana, I suggest.....
Tito's La Especial "Tacos al Vapor"
for some steamed tacos.... thats right .... steamed taco's in potato, beans or meat form.
its incredibly mexican so just say " me da tres tacos al vapor de carne por favor"
I cant describe the taste, its just soooooo gooood! (so good there 1.75 each! and there small! but tasty tasty tasty)
oh and they have the best pickled carrots in the city! the best Jerry!

....and Im currently on a low-sodium diet
miss the good stuff lol
